WasteChain is operated by a project team based in Greece and acts as a data controller for the purposes described below.

When submitting a demo request:

  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message content

B. Platform Registration and Use

  • Account credentials (email, password)
  • Company profile information
  • User-submitted listings, requests, and content
  • Messages exchanged within the Platform
  • Transaction-related interaction data (e.g. bids, order status inputs)
  • Documents or materials uploaded by users

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process data to:

  • provide access to the Platform,
  • review and approve user registrations,
  • enable listings, communication, and coordination between users,
  • respond to demo requests and inquiries,
  • maintain platform functionality and security.
